9:30 am-10:00 am Check-In (everyone to be checked in by 10 am)

9:30 am-10:30 am Attend "Expo" (Pick up Shirt - if purchased, enjoy pastries and drinks, visit vendor booths)

10:30 am Boys' Ceremony Begins

1:00 pm Boys' Ceremony Concludes

Girls' Ceremony Details

2:00 pm-2:30 pm Check-In (everyone to be checked in by 2:30 pm)

2:00 pm-3:00 pm Attend "Expo" (Pick up Shirt - if purchased, enjoy desserts and drinks, visit vendor booths)

3:00 pm Girls' Ceremony Begins

5:30 pm Girls' Ceremony Concludes

This year we have transitioned from having a banquet with a sit-down meal per class, to having one boys' and one girls' ceremony honoring all 3 classes together. The boys' ceremony will include light breakfast pastries and drinks. This ceremony is open to anyone and costs $20 per person.

Saturday, Oct 22nd at NOON, the ONLINE tickets will be closed. We will be accepting ticket purchases the day of the event with cash or check only. If your team makes the state tournament the ticketing process does not change. Each person/family attending is able to purchase their tickets separately, no longer required to purchase as a team, like in years past.

This year we are offering a new jersey style State Tournament Team and All-State Selectees shirt available for $30.This shirt will have the list of all-state players and state tournament team names on the back. This shirt is available for purchase on the same site as the tickets.
